My sons chain had broken and we were staying in Dunsborough for the Australia Day long weekend. The bike shop in Dunsborough closed an hour early and refused to sell us a chain or hire us a mountain bike so that all our plans would not be spoilt. We rang Fat Duck Bicycles by chance and were treated in a very helpful and friendly manner on the phone and encouraged to make the drive to Busselton so that our bike could be fixed. We bought a chain and it was fitted immediately and cheerfully and well. I offered to pay extra for fitting and they declined. While we waited we pottered around the shop looking at all the wonderful bikes they had in store. It is an absolutely fabulous store with everything you could need for biking and very friendly, helpful staff to boot. It is the only bike shop I would want to go to, even if others are closer .
