Smaller store but had the latest model in stock, I had to drive from the "city" to see it. Nice young man helped me complete my sale, very happy indeed.

Called today to enquire about extended opening times for the week before Christmas. The female who answered the phone was unfriendly, not caring and didn't have an answer and took a while to inform me that the store was not open any extra hours for Christmas. This makes it very hard for people who work full time to get in and get presents. The Good Guys are extending their hours to 7pm each evening. Just saying...
as I am the regular customer of Harvey Norman local store and almost bought everything for my new home last year . So this year I bought king master suite with king size firm support mattress unfortunately I have issues with my mattress as I have back problem thats why I bought firmMattress for. But when I complaint about it they referred me to the mattress company and it took around 3 weeks to get the results and mattress company said they cant do anything about it thenI talked to manager in harvey Norman store but he refuse as well.I Never recommend to anyone
Great layout in the store, great selection of furniture as you walk in, electronics and appliances at rear of Store.Great parking in front and side of store.Good location.Very quick customer service but not over bearing.
