Dr Aung was great. He listened to my needs and ordered bloods and a swap, and eventually found a virus that Brecken Medical didn't even want to test for.
Dr Amir Zaman is SO rude - will not be seeing him as a GP again! Had x2 15min appointments booked for my son & I...took only 5 mins up of his time together with only 3 perscriptions for him to print out, asked him to please look at the freckle I have on my foot that I am concerned about (and had all the paperwork filled in for it in relation to my appointment) yet he then told me that I had to make another appointment with already having 2 things done by him & turned him back to me!!!! What a joke - never had such a RUDE GP experience in my life! DO NOT SEE HIM!

Very poor( should be a minus start raining) when booking an appointment receptionist was clearly told that I had to pick the kids up at 3:10( Dunsborough 30min away) didnt mind waiting till the next day however she insisted that I book in today and she would get me in for 2 oclock appointment. I asked whether that would be enough time she said I would be the first patient back from his lunch. On arrival I mentioned this to the receptionist she said yes you are up next however this was not true it was another patient in front of me waiting for their 130 appointment one hour past his appointment. My appointment was for 2 oclock . At 255pm I have no option but to leave.I would stay clear of this place if this is how the practice is at front I dere to think of what it is like behind-the-scenes.
