Fantastic Staff very cooperative
Poor service. I took my Macbook Pro in due my screen not working, they charged the initial inspection price which was $88 (I was fine with that). A few days later they contacted me claiming that the screen was faulty and there was no way it could work again urging me to pay $1000 upfront so that they can fix it. I decided not to go through with it because my insurance would cover it but when I picked up my computer and took it home, I could instantly turn it on and the screen worked again. I feel like this was a major rip off as I could have fallen victim to paying $1000 for my computer already working in the first place.Would not recommend to anyone as they aren't trust worthy. Highly disappointed in the Busselton ComputerWest guys, Shame on you.
I cannot praise this company enough. Keith went completely out of his way time and again - without even getting a job from us initially- he just helped us find the best solution to a rather complicated situation. In the end we did in fact give them the work but it was the months leading up to it where he just helped out because he could. Efficient and professional and has been incredibly accommodating with future support after the installation. A delight to work with and would recommend highly. Thank you so much for making what was an NBN nightmare into a brilliant outcome.
