First and foremost the staff are the worst, obviously only seeing everyone who walks in as a way to make money. Cleaning is very inconsistent and there have been many occasions the toilets are filthy to the point they're unusale. When the equipment breaks it remains broken for extended periods of time without repair.
Equipment is breaking down and taking too long to repair. The gym, equipment and toilets need a really good scrub and clean.
This used to be a clean gym where all the equipment worked. Definitely not a flagship franchise.
Great gym with great facilities
More floor space than Jetts Bunbury. Peak periods not overly busy, and reasonable amount of excercise equipment.
