Persnally had a great experience today with Kelly and the team.Kelly knew exactly what she was doing and turned my hair from drab to flab.Everyone was professional and polite.Will be back!
this place is TERRIBLE. do not go here if you care at all about your hair. my cut was lopsided, the colour was patchy and hideos, and when i went back to tell them about it, I was offered $20 back (out of over $150). it was a huge waste of time and money. if you want a good salon, i suggest 54 on queen, as they did a wonderful job of fixing my hair, thankfully.
Today I had a personally challenging experience. I spoke with two ladies...the young lady on the phone and the lady (with a blonde concave bob that did my hair) At the end of the day, I completely understand that they are PUSHED to give good service..The young girl on the phone was wonderful and the lady that did my hair (despite probably fighting everything I said) was great!! My hair is not "standard"...she seemed to listen and despite her own worries, did as I asked...I honestly dont feel this lady felt she had completed her "due" job. . Id really like to give both these ladies a huge SHOUT OUT for simply listening and doing something that may not be within standard "practice" for them.My hairdresser offered to just shot dry my hair and I obliged...id give anything to pay for a blow dry but my hair goes crazy without manipulation and so I forfeited for an " all windows down" wind in face experience as I drove the 6mins home I only wish You both introduced yourselves so I could have the pleasure of giving you the recommendation you both deserve! I loved my experience today, thank youTabs xo
