A great nest to be in, close to the beach and all amenities.
The observatory Guest house was situated only a block or two from the water and the famous Busselton Jetty. Close to shops a local eaterys. On arrival we were met by our friendly hosts who told us all about what the area had to offer and showed us upstairs to our room. It was a little dated but clean with a huge comfortable king bed, ensuite and flat screen TV. There was a shared balcony with glimpses of the water upstairs with seating.Breakfast was included in the room and there was a cute dining room set up each morning with a help yourself continental breakfast. Cereals, breads, crumpets, fresh fruit yogurt etc it was delicious. One morning we made it and took it upstairs for breakfast in bed but it was nice to have a chat with other guests in the morning before heading out to check out the local spots. The tour buses picked us up at the door for our Margaret River Winery Tour it was very convenient and so much fun.We throughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Very informative guest, the breakfast was flexible with time and large range for the Continental breakfast. Good size room with good air conditioning.
