Always had a great experience here, friendly staff that go the extra mile. Don't get many medicines regularly but when I do I always come here.
I was very disappointed as I visited this store on a Sunday very recently. You had a great fragrance collection at front entrance of store .I stood for a good 15 to 20 minuets . No staff member came to attend to me. As they would of seen I easier to buy something. There was no-one else in the store at this time. And I could clearly hear staff chatting and laughing away to each other.I went into Super Market for 5 mins . I passed by chemist on way to. Car as iwaskeen to purchase some perfume . Waited few minuets still nobody to serve me. Pity as I wanted a couple of nice bottles of perfume. .You missed out on a decent sale. I do not intend to return to your chemist and would not recommend it to anyone that was inaugurated time schedule and wanting to buy something. Very disappointed. I found what I wanted at another terry White Pharmacy .46kms north of Busselton . They had what I wanted And friendly efficient .Knowledgeable staff.
