I just wanted to put forward in writing my feedback on Lee Langley's service as a tenant with Harcourts. First off.. You are all very lucky to have Lee on board and she is very much as asset to your company.Through the last 18mths of me living on bussell highway. Lee has helped so much. She is not only super professional and well handled in her job but she is actually really nice too. She is compassionate and responsible in the same moment. The Owners should be lucky because we all know how that property is... Lee looked after the house by also looking out for us. I think she gets that when a tenant feels appreciated and make yourself approachable well the house is therefor better monitored and looked after. I just wanted to say how happy I was with your company and Lee and Rochelle's service through out my tenancy. I know as tenants we are sometimes seen as the bottom of the business source... Being that owners are what make it happen for you guys but to keep good tenants and keep properties maintained you need extremely high level of service and respect. Thank you Lee for giving both these at 100% level.
