Brilliant, intuitive and consistent massage!Both muscles and mind are so thankful every time I visit Zen Body Massage. It is by far the best massage I've received in Busselton. And incredibly consistent as I try to visit at least monthly. As a runner who works behind a desk, my lower back and posture is challenged. The masseuses at Zen Body Massage know how to fix it. They put in the effort and apply real energy and intuition. We all know when a masseuse is thoughtfully engaged and not just going through the motions. I always leave feeling like a different, healthier person! The premises are spotless and elegant, they use hot towel to remove oil which is a big plus. So relaxed!
Zen Body Massage is the best by far in Busselton. I have been to couple of shops in the area but at Zen I was treated well and they are very accommodating. Good customer service from the time you enter the shop and when you leave the shop. The therapist are very friendly. They greeted us and assisted us very well. If you are a person who values skill then you are in a right place as they have very highly skilled therapist you can address your soreness, body pains etc. The prices are also very competitive but rest assured it is worth your time. I would like to visit again at least once every 2 weeks which they highly recommend.
Pathetic dont waste your money or time3 times disappointed Ive been coming here since they opened was great to start with gone down hill ever sinceSign on door says 1 hour massage $65 dry... I get 1 hour from my head to my hips my knees to ankles FACE DOWN ONLY with oil extra $15 plus 3% surcharge.... Total rip off!!!Staff are not qualified.... just because your Asian doesnt mean you can massage End up walking out feeling like a greased up turkeyUpdate*as for the long winded response from owner* Ive been to your place at least 20 times and disappointed 3 times (recently) I have the right to complain if you say you can sue me go ahead someone randomly rubbing in any direction and telling me they are just learning is not qualified.Yes I do expect a quality massage for $80 if you offer a service offer a quality one no matter how much you charge. Making money off a person once doesnt pay your bills having them comeback every week for years pays your bills.Your not doing yourself any favours by berating your customers especially when they bring up complaints to you before leaving a bad review. You could have easily dealt with the problem when I was there but you chose to dismiss me take my money and send me on my way.Hopefully fixing phones is more successful for you... best of luck!
