Had a quick burger today very tasty and fast service!
RUDE. Pretty much sums up the experience we had here. Advertises 1 price and charges another, we cancelled our order and walked away after the girl proceeded to argue the price change. Doesn't matter how much it was, her customer service was shocking! She didn't even know about the price change and then to go on like she did. Reading through the other posts, seems like this happens alot. Oh! And this happened while we were on Holidays, Christmas Eve.
The two stars is for the food. Unfortunately this place lacked in customer service. The young girl serving frowned and never smiled, whilst the older lady on drinks was rude. My partner ordered a veggie burger, she asked the older lady if she could add tomato sauce to the burger, she was told no and would have to buy tomato sauce if she wanted to add it to the burger, for a $1.50. Little things like this leave a bad taste. We wouldnt recommend this place nor would be come back. You would never such bad service in Perth.
We stopped here for a quick bite after visiting the beach and the jetty. The food was freshly prepared and our wraps were so tasty. So were the fish and chips the boys had. Good prices and a fabulous place to sit outside beside the sea.
