Absolutely disappointed and definitely did not get our money's worth.We ordered Gluten free food as we have family members whom are coelic, the two staff members working there either don't care or do not have any idea about cross contamination, it wasn't until a customer questioned them and asked them to clean their hands because of cross contamination that they complied.We received our order which was served in alfoil containers which made our food soggy and the chips put into the containers with the fish that wasn't gluten free making it uneatable by some other family members if you have no idea about what cross contamination can do to a coelic suffer then maybe you shouldn't advertise being gluten free unfortunately people in Busselton now don't have a fish and chip shop that they can feel confident in having a gluten free meal.

Not happy at all. Fish was under cooked and smelt off. Chicken nuggets where off also. For what we ordered and what we paid only got a small amount of chips. Will not be hoing back

Ordered $60 fish & Chips was the worst fish & Chips we have had. Greasy thin fish squid rings fell apart as did the Pluto pups. Waste of time and money absolutely disappointing.The other review on here is very mistaken don't be fooled you serve disgusting food you will get bad review.

Tried the New Crocodile Burger was amazing !!I have been eating there for years but the recent change to Gillies fish and chips from Busselton fish and chips has shown a massive increase in the quality and the sizes. Even noticed some of the menu is cheaper !!
